Als sie so durch den magischen Olivenhain streifte
Am letzten Abend des Jahres
Und jeden einzelnen Moment in ihren Zellen fühlte
Fragte sie sich...

Was soll das eigentlich?

Es ist ein Tag wie jeder andere Tag
Mit Momenten wovon jeder einzelne gelebt und geliebt werden möchte
Egal wie er letztendlich bewertet wird

Nur weil irgend jemand das JAHR erfand und den Kalender
Wird um den 31.12 ein solches Tamtam gemacht
(Zumindest in den westlichen Ländern)

Kein Wesen braucht Zeit
Kein Wesen braucht Jahresabschnitte
Kein Wesen braucht Wochentage
Kein Wesen braucht Vergangenheit und Zukunft
Kein Wesen braucht diese Art von Konstrukten
Konstruierte Konzepte von Menschen erschaffen

Wenn jeder seine Uhr ablegt
Jeder seinen Kalender in den Müll schmeißt
Und jeder im Rhythmus mit der Natur lebt
Dann wäre jeder wirklich glücklich
Dann würde jeder den Frieden in sich spüren
Dann könnte jeder wahre Liebe leben
Und müsste dies nicht mehr im Außen suchen

Vielleicht versuchst du es einfach einmal
Leg deine Uhr weg
Stell deinen Wecker aus
Geh raus in die Natur
Spüre den Herzschlag von Mutter Erde
Und fühle den Moment

Hacemos este tantán al 31 de diciembre
(Por lo menos en los países occidentales)

Ninguna criatura necesita tiempo
Ninguna criatura necesita épocas del año
Ninguna criatura necesita días de semana
Ninguna criatura necesita el pasado y el futuro
Ninguna criatura necesita este tipo de conceptos
Conceptos construidos por los humanos

Si todo el mundo quitaría su reloj
Cada uno tiraría su agenda en la basura
Y cada uno vivía al ritmo de la naturaleza
Entonces todo el mundo sería realmente feliz
Entonces todo el mundo sentiría la paz en sí mismo
Entonces todo el mundo podía vivir amor verdadero
Y nadie necesitaría buscar todo esto en el exterior

Tal vez lo pruebas una vez
Pon tu reloj aparte
Apaga tu despertador
Sal en la naturaleza
Percibe el latido del corazón de la Madre Tierra
Y siente el momento

Manchmal muss man gehen
und die Türen hinter sich zuschließen
Weil das Kapitel abgeschlossen ist
Und die Erfahrung beendet

und die Türen offen lassen
Weil Distanz auch heilsam ist
Und man manchmal einfach nur den Blickwinkel ändern braucht

Manchmal muss man gehen
Um einen anderen, neuen Weg einzuschlagen
Und irgendwann kommt man vielleicht dort wieder an wo man losgegangen ist
Mit neuen Erfahrungen und ein Stück gewachsener

Etwas gehenlassen
kann auf verschiedene Weise passieren
Grenzen setzen ebenfalls

Es gibt keine allgemeine Anleitung dafür

Sei einfach nur achtsam
Beobachte
Und entscheide weise

Die Dualität möchte nur angenommen, ins Gleichgewicht gebracht und integriert werden

Ohne Bewertung
Ohne Angst
Ohne seine Individualität aufzugeben

In dem Moment wo die Dualität im Gleichgewicht ist
Das Licht und das Dunkle in absoluter Balance
Innen wie Außen

In dem Moment kann Einheit gelebt werden
In dem Moment kannst du Einssein mit allem

In dem Moment ist FRIEDEN in dir

Nein
Wir brauchen keine Friedensstifter
Wir selbst sind Friedensstifter
Denn Frieden ist in uns
Wir müssen ihn nur leben und nach außen bringen

Wir brauchen auch nicht für Frieden zu meditieren
Das ist wie eine Schmerztablette nehmen
Es hilft nur für kurze Zeit
Heilt aber nicht die Ursache

Nein
Wir müssen nicht kämpfen
Gegen niemanden
Und schon gar nicht gegen uns selbst

Und wir brauchen auch nicht andere für alles verantwortlich zu machen
Die Verantwortung tragen wir selber
Für alles was in unserem Wahrnehmungsbereich geschieht
FÜR ALLES

Nein
Nicht die anderen sind für Frieden verantwortlich
Nur wir selber
Jeder einzelne von uns

Denn wenn in dir Frieden ist
In deiner eigenen Welt
Wenn DU SELBST Frieden bist
Dann IST Frieden

Sólo nosotros mismos
Cada uno de nosotros

Porque si la paz está en ti
En tu propio mundo
Si TU mismo eres paz
Entonces HAY paz

Gleichgewicht

Nein!
Wir brauchen keine Erdheiler
Mutter Erde kann sich selber heilen

Nein!
Mutter Erde wehrt sich nicht gegen das was wir ihr antun
Und sie rächt sich auch nicht

Mutter Erde lebt einfach nur
Sie atmet
Und sie gleicht aus

Denn sie ist weise
Ihr natürlicher SEINS-Zustand ist immer im Gleichgewicht zu sein
In absoluter Harmonie
Genauso wie dies auch unser SEINS-Zustand ist
(Nur ist das vielen von uns nicht bewusst)

Nein!
Mutter Erde hat uns nicht den Krieg erklärt
Sie liebt uns
Wir haben uns selber den Krieg erklärt

Deshalb werden wir auch aussterben
Zumindest in der Form wie wir gerade existieren
Deshalb wird sich die Erde auch radikal verändern
Früher oder später

Die Zeit ist reif...

La Madre Tierra puede curarse a sí mismos

Y equilibra

Porque ella es sabia
Su natural estado de SER es estar siempre en equilibrio
En perfecta armonía
Así como es también nuestro estado de SER
(Solamente muchos no son consciente de ello)

¡No!
La Madre Tierra no nos ha declarado la guerra
Ella nos ama
Nosotros nos hemos declarado la guerra

Por eso nos extinguiremos
Por lo menos en la forma en la que existimos ahora
Por eso la Tierra cambiará radicalmente
Tarde o temprano

El tiempo ha llegado...

Mother Earth can heal herself

No!
Mother Earth don't struggle against what we do to her

Because she is wise
Their natural BEING-state is to be always in equilibrium
In perfect harmony
Just as this also is our BEING-state
(Only many of us are not aware of it)

No!
Mother Earth has not declared war on us
She loves us
We ourselves have declared war on us

Therefore we will go extinct
At least in the form in which we exist now
Therefore the Earth will change radically
Sooner or later

Und plötzlich erinnert sie sich
Plötzlich weiß sie wo sie herkommt
Plötzlich weiß sie wer sie wirklich ist

Es schmerzt in ihrem ganzen Körper
Und sie spürt eine so tiefe Traurigkeit
dass sie es kaum aushält
Dass sie kaum noch atmen kann

Eine Sehnsucht von Nach-Hause-kommen-wollen durchflutet sie

Doch sie ist glücklich
Glücklich und erleichtert
Denn jetzt erinnert sie sich
Jetzt versteht sie die Zusammenhänge
Und sie kann sie einfach SEIN lassen

Jetzt weiß sie dass sie leben wird
Dass sie über-leben wird

Denn sie ist eine Kriegerin
Keine Kämpferin, NEIN!
Eine Kriegerin

Die Art von Kriegerin
die einfach weiß und die ihr Wissen lebt
Die aus dem Herzen heraus fühlt, gibt und nimmt

Die Art von Kriegerin
die keine Angst hat vor sich selber
Und auch nicht vor all dem was ihr im Außen begegnet

Die Art von Kriegerin
die immer verbunden ist, in Frieden und Harmonie
Und für die Eins-Sein ein natürlicher Seins-Zustand ist

Die Art von Kriegerin
deren Herz im Einklang mit Mutter Erde schlägt
und mit dem von Vater Kosmos

Y de repente ella se acuerda
De repente sabe de dónde viene
De repente sabe quién es realmente

Todo su cuerpo duele

Que apenas puede respirar

Un deseo de "volver a casa" inunda ella

Pero ella es feliz

que simplemente sabe y vive su sabiduría
Y que siente, da y recibe desde el corazón

Esa clase de guerrera
que no tiene miedo de si mismo
Y tampoco de todo lo que encuentra fuera

Esa clase de guerrera
que siempre está conectada, en paz y armonía
Y para cual la unidad es un estado natural de ser

Esa clase de guerrera
cuya corazón late en armonía
con la Madre Tierra y el Padre Cosmos

Der Schrei

Wenn es in dir schreit,
weil du dich gefangen fühlst.
Weil du nicht mehr atmen kannst.
Weil du die Begrenzungen, deine eigenen, nicht mehr aushältst.
Dann ignoriere das nicht.
Unterdrücke den Schrei nicht mit Ausreden oder was auch immer.

Wenn es in dir schreit,
dann nimm diesen Schrei ernst.
Frag ihn was los ist.
Schau dir deine Situation genau an.

Vielleicht fühlst du dich in deinem Job nicht mehr wohl.
Vielleicht ist deine Beziehung schon seit langem tot.
Vielleicht magst du nicht mehr dort wohnen wo du gerade lebt.
Vielleicht ruft dein Bewusstsein nach Erweiterung, nach Befreiung.

Was auch immer den Schrei auslöst.
Nimm es wahr.
Nimm es an und lass es los.

Dann wirst du merken,
dass der Schrei ein Ruf ist.
Der Ruf deines Herzens.
Also folge ihm.

Du hast nichts zu verlieren.
Und du brauchst auch keine Sicherheiten.
DU alleine bist deine Sicherheit.
Alles andere sind nur Sicherheiten, die dir aufgedrückt werden.
Manipulationen, weiter nichts.
Nichts ist sicher im Leben. Gar nichts.
Nur das was DU fühlst, was DU weißt und was DU bist.

Also nimm deine Angst an die Hand.
Sei lieb zu ihr.
Angst ist sehr kraftvoll.
Und wenn du sie bewusst nutzt,
hilft sie dir all das umzusetzen nachdem dein Herz ruft.

Warte nicht bis du krank wirst.
Warte nicht bis du stirbst.
Tu es jetzt.
Das Leben ist so kostbar.

Nimm deinen Schrei ernst.
Höre auf den Ruf deines Herzens.
Und gehe DEINEN Weg.
Leicht, lebendig und frohen Mutes...

entonces toma en serio este grito.
Pregúntale lo que está pasando.
Mira tu situación detalladamente.

Tal vez ya no te sientes bien con tu trabajo.
Tal vez tu relación ya esta muerto desde hace mucho tiempo.
Tal vez ya no quieres residir allí donde vives ahora.
Tal vez tu conciencia te está llamando porque quiere expandirse y liberarse.

Da igual lo que provoca el grito.
Percibe lo.
Acéptalo, y suéltalo.

No tienes nada que perder.
Y tampoco necesitas seguridad.
TU eres tu propia seguridad.
Todo lo demás es una seguridad que te hacen creer que es necesario.
Manipulaciones, nada más.
No hay nada seguro en la vida. Nada.
Solamente lo que TU sientes, lo que TU sabes y lo que TU eres.

Entonces te darás cuenta,
que el grito es solamente una llamada.
La llamada de tu corazón.
Así que síguela.

Lleva tu miedo a la mano.
Sé amable con el.
El miedo es muy potente.
Y si lo utilizas de manera consciente,
te ayudará a implementar todo a que tu corazón esta llamando.

No esperes hasta que te enfermas.
No esperes hasta que mueres.
Hazlo ahora.
La vida es tan valiosa.

Toma tu grito en serio.
Escucha la llamada de tu corazón.
Y anda TU camino,
Ingrávido, animado y de buen humor...

The Scream

When it screams in you
because you feel trapped.
Because you can't breathe any more.
Because you can't bear the limitations no longer.
Then don't ignore that.
Don't suppress the scream with excuses or whatever.

When it screams in you
then take this scream seriously.
Ask it, what's going on.
Look detailed at your situation.

Maybe you feel no longer well in your job.
Maybe your relationship already is dead since a long time.
Maybe you don't want to reside more longer, where you are living now.
Maybe your consciousness is calling you for extension, for liberation.

Whatever triggers the scream,
be aware of it.
Accept it and let it go.

Then you will realize,
that the scream is a call.
The call of your heart.
So follow it.

You have nothing to lose.
And you also don't need security.
YOU are your security.
Everything else are just securities that are forced on you.
Manipulations, nothing more.
Nothing is secure in life. Nothing at all.
Only what YOU feel, what YOU know and what YOU are.

So take your fear to your hand.
Be kind to it.
Fear is very powerful.
And if you use it consciously,
it helps you implement all that after your heart calls.

Don't wait until you get sick.
Don't wait until you die.
Do it now.
Life is so precious.

Take the scream seriously.
Listen to the call of your heart.
And go YOUR way.
