Muss Liebe immer ruhig und sanft gelebt werden?
Muss „in der Liebe sein“ immer besonnen und emotionslos von statten gehen?
Kann man nicht auch lieben und temperamentvoll sein?
Und ganz authentisch seine Gefühle zeigen?
Wirklich lieben bedeutet authentisch sein
Denn wer sich erlaubt sein wahres ICH zu leben
der liebt sich selber
Und nur dann kann die wahre Liebe auch nach außen fließen
Also sei authentisch
Sei DU
Liebe und lebe
Singe und tanze
Lache und küsse
Schreie und stampfe
Weine und jammere
Mach das, wonach du dich fühlst
Friedlich, ohne zu schaden
Sei ehrlich zu dir
Sei ehrlich mit deinen Gefühlen
Und lass sie leben
Lass sie sich entfalten
Sei einfach DU

Baila y canta
Ríete y besa
Grita y patalea
Llora y gime
Haz lo qué sientes
Pacífico y sin dañar
Sé sincero contigo mismo
Sé sincero con tus sentimientos
Y déjalos vivir

Sé simplemente TU
