Unerwartet

Weißt du,
für mich kam das genauso unerwartet wie für dich.
Ich habe das weder gewollt noch forciert.
Es ist einfach passiert.

Es ist mir genauso schwer gefallen dies alles zu verstehen
und auch zu zulassen.
Genauso wie es dir gerade schwer fällt.

Wenn zwei Seelenpartner sich finden, sei es energetisch, irdisch oder in einer anderen Realität,
hat das in erster Linie nichts mit der üblichen Verliebtheit zu tun.
Nein, es ist mehr als das.

Hier geht es um die wahre, reine Liebe.
Eine Seelenliebe die so tief ist, dass es fast schon weh tut.

Eine Liebe, die man erst mal gefühlsmäßig lernen muss auszuhalten.
Denn man spürt den Seelenpartner auf allen Ebenen seines Seins; immer.

Auch für mich ist das neu.
Glaub mir.
Auch ich habe diese tiefe Verbundenheit noch niemals zuvor gespürt.
Dieses Gefühl dass ich dich schon ewig kenne.
Deine Energien, die sich so ur-vertraut anfühlen wie ein längst verloren geglaubtes Zuhause.

Ich bin jeden Tag am entdecken, lernen und staunen.
Und jeden Tag fühle ich dich ein Stück mehr, ein bisschen intensiver.

Glaub mir,
für mich kam das genauso unerwartet wie für dich.
Es passiert einfach.
Einfach so...

Sabes,

Como justamente es difícil para ti.

Si dos almas gemelas se encuentran, ya sea enérgico, terrenal o en una realidad diferente,
principalmente no tiene nada que ver con el enamoramiento habitual.
No. Es más que eso.

Esto es sobre el amor verdadero y puro.
Un amor del alma, que es tan profundo, que casi duele.

Un amor que primero hay que aprender aguantar emocionalmente.
Porque se puede sentir el amor del alma en todos los niveles de su ser; siempre.

También esto es nuevo para mi.
Créeme.
Tampoco jamás he sentido esta conexión tan profunda antes.
Esta sensación de que te conozco desde siempre.
Tus energías, que son tan familiares, como si fueras un hogar perdido hace mucho tiempo.

Cada día estoy descubriendo, aprendiendo y asombrándome.
Y cada día te siento un poco más, un poco más intenso.

Créeme,
para mí es tan inesperado como para ti.
Simplemente ocurre.

wenn unsere Seele in verschiedenen Körpern lebt
zur gleichen Zeit und in der selben Realität

Was ist,
wenn all das Erlebte eigentlich gar nicht existiert
Oder doch existiert, aber eben auf einer ganz anderen Ebene

Was ist,
wenn wir einfach mal unseren Kopf ausstellen mit all dem Gelernten, unseren Sorgen und Ängsten
und einfach nur fühlen, fühlen, fühlen...

Dann
werden wir vielleicht tatsächlich wissen
dass Zeit und Raum nicht existiert
und alles möglich ist...

Dein Weg

Ich habe gerade einen Text zu „meiner Heirat mit mir selbst“ gepostet.

Ich weiss, dass einige das nicht begreifen.
Und andere der Meinung sind, dass es ein Hype ist
und dass es um was ganz anderes geht, als mit sich eine Beziehung einzugehen.

Es geht hier eigentlich auch gar nicht um den Akt der Heirat.
Sondern darum mit dir selber in Kontakt zu treten, ganz bewusst.
Deine Grenzen zu spüren und zu setzen, dir zu „Erlauben“.
Und vor allem deinen Wert zu erkennen und dich selber lieben zu lernen.

Es gibt viele Wege, diese Prozesse zu durchlaufen.
Meiner war die Heirat mit mir selber.
Andere gehen einen anderen Weg.

Die Art des Weges ist egal.
Wichtig ist nur, dass du es tut.
Dass du dich traust, dich mit dir selber zu konfrontieren.
Egal wie, aber trau dich!

Ich wünsche dir von ganzem Herzen, dass du deinen Weg zu dir findest!

Tu camino

Ahora he publicado un texto sobre "mi matrimonio conmigo mismo".

Sé que algunos no entienden eso.
Y otros tienen la opinión de que es un Hype
y tiene que ver con otra cosa que entrar en una relación consigo mismo.

En realidad no se trata del acto del matrimonio.
Pero se trata de ponerse en contacto contigo mismo, de forma conscientemente.
Para sentir y poner tus límites, para "permitir te".
Y especialmente, para conocer tu valor y para aprender amar a ti mismo.

Hay muchas maneras de ir a través de estos procesos.
Mi matrimonio conmigo fue mi propio camino.
Otros andan de otra manera...

El tipo del camino no importa.
Sólo es importante que lo hagas.
Es importante que te atreves a enfrentarte a ti mismo.
No importa cómo, pero ¡atrévete!

Te deseo de todo mi corazón que encontraras tu camino a ti mismo!

I've just posted a text about "my marriage with myself".

I know that some of you do not understand that.
And others have the opinion that it is a hype
or that it's about something else than enter in a relationship with itself.

Basically it’s not about the act of marriage.
But rather about to contact with yourself, quite consciously.
To feel and set your limits, to "allow" you.
And especially to realize your value and to learn to love yourself.

There are many ways to go through these processes.
My marriage with myself was my personal way.
Other people goes another way.

The kind of the way isn't important.
It is only important that you do it.
It is important that you dare and confront you with yourself.
No matter how, but dare!

I wish you with my whole heart that you find your way to yourself!

Hochzeit ~ Casamiento ~ Marriage

Hochzeit

Vor knapp zwei Jahren habe ich mich selbst geheiratet,
aus einem Impuls heraus.
Ich bin ganz offiziell eine Beziehung mit mir eingegangen.

Seitdem hat sich viel getan.
Ich bin durch zig Prozesse gegangen,
die irgendwie alle mit Würde, Selbstliebe, Erlauben und Grenzen zu tun hatten.
Und ganz wichtig, mit dem männlichen und weiblichen Aspekt in mir.

Zwei Jahre in denen ich gekämpft, gelitten und geliebt habe,
aber auch viel gelacht, über mich selber.

Zwei Jahre in denen ich angenommen und losgelassen habe,
mich ausgezogen habe bis ich komplett nackt war.

Zwei Jahre in denen ich mich WIRKLICH kennenlernen durfte
und gelernt habe mein wahres ICH zu leben.

Zwei Jahre, die so intensiv und abenteuerlich waren,
dass sie kein Buch füllen könnten.

In diesen zwei Jahren hat sich mein Herz geöffnet.
Und der Mann und die Frau in mir haben sich versöhnt.

Und jetzt?

Jetzt zeigt sich plötzlich eine Seelenverbindung.
Eine Seelenliebe zu einem Menschen, der für mich irdisch unerreichbar scheint.

Ist das eine neue Prüfung?
Vielleicht die letzte?

Vielleicht...

Casamiento

Hace más o menos dos años me casé conmigo mismo,
por un impulso.
Entró oficialmente en una relación conmigo.

Desde entonces han pasado muchas cosas.
Fui por decenas de procesos,
que de alguna manera tenían que ver algo con la dignidad, el amor propio, permitir y los límites.
Y lo más importante, con el aspecto macho y femenino en mí.

Dos años en los que luchaba, sufría y amaba,
pero también me reía, incluso de mí mismo.

Dos años en los que aceptaba y soltaba,
me desnudaba hasta que estaba completamente desnuda.

Dos años en los que me realmente conocía la primera vez
y aprendió a vivir mi verdadera YO.

Dos años que estaban tan intensos y aventureros,
que no se podría llenar un libro con esto.

En estos dos años, mi corazón se ha abierto.
Y el hombre y la mujer en mí se han reconciliado.

¿Y ahora?

Ahora, de repente aparece una conexión de alma.
Un amor de alma con una persona que parece inalcanzable para mí en el mundo terrestre.

¿Es esto un test de nuevo?
¿Tal vez el último?

Tal vez...

Marriage

Almost two years ago I married myself,
out of an impulse.
I officially entered into a relationship with me.

Since then a lot has happened.
I went through dozens of processes,
which somehow had to do with dignity, self-love, allowing and limits.
And very important, with the male and female aspect in me.

Two years in which I fought, suffered and loved,
but also laughed a lot, as well about myself.

Two years in which I accepted and released,
in which I undressed me until I was completely naked.

Two years in which I REALLY got to know me
and learned to live my true SELF.

Two years which were so intense and adventurous,
that they could not fill a book with it.

In these two years my heart has opened.
And the man and the woman in me have become reconciled.

And now?

Now suddenly has appeared a soul connection.
A soul love with a person who in the terrestrial world seems unreachable for me.

Is that a new test?
Maybe the last one?

Maybe...

Da ist sie, Großmutter Mond!
Rund und prall hängt sie am Himmel.

Ich stehe hier unten in der Dunkelheit.
Lasse mich berieseln von ihren sanften Strahlen.
Lasse mich einhüllen in ihre wundervolle Energien,
die so weich, so intensiv und irgendwie mystisch sind.

Sie dringen tief in mich hinein,

Kinder

Lasst die Kinder Kinder sein.

Lasst sie im Dreck spielen,
auf Bäume klettern,
barfuß über die Wiese rennen,
und mit zerschundenen Knien nach Hause kommen.
Lasst sie sich selbst und die Welt entdecken.
Und wenn sie Engel, Kobolde und Elfen sehen,
dann redet ihnen das nicht aus.

Nur weil ihr diese Wesen nicht sehen könnt,
heißt das noch lange nicht, dass sie nicht existieren.

Lasst die Kinder Kinder sein.

Nehmt ihnen nicht ihre Unschuld und ihre Leichtigkeit,
ihre Kreativität und ihre Phantasie.
Nehmt ihnen verdammt noch mal nicht ihre Intuition.
Sonst müssen sie später auch wieder alles lernen,
genauso wie wir.
Sonst müssen sie all die schmerzhaften Prozesse durchlaufen,
die wir jetzt durchlaufen,
nur weil man UNS das Kind genommen hat.

Lasst die Kinder Kinder sein.

Lasst ihnen bitte, bitte ihre Reinheit und ihr Licht.
Lasst sie doch einfach SEIN,
im Hier und Jetzt.

Lasst die Kinder Kinder sein.
Und lernt von ihnen!

Seelenverbindung

Weißt du,
manchmal spüre ich dich so intensiv,
dass ich es kaum aushalte.
Ich schwanke dann zwischen
weinen und lachen, tanzen und toben.

In solchen Momenten,
wenn ich dich so tief in mir spüre,
kann ich nichts anderes machen,
als mich dir und diesen Gefühlen hinzugeben.
Diesen schmerzhaft schönen Gefühlen.

Und manchmal denke ich dann,
Wieso mache ich das?
Wieso lasse ich das geschehen?
Wieso stoppe ich das ganze nicht einfach?
Es hat doch alles sowieso keinen Sinn...

Und weißt du was?

Ich kann es nicht stoppen,
weil es geschieht, so oder so.

Ich kann es nicht stoppen,
weil deine Seele hat meine berührt...

Sabes,
a veces te siento tan intenso,
que casi no puedo soportarlo.

Wenn du deine Schatten nicht versteckst
und deine Angst nicht als Feind siehst.

Wenn du den Schmerz mit offenen Armen empfängst,
ihm gelassen als Freund entgegenkommst
und ihn mit Freude Willkommen heißt.

Dann wirst du die Liebe spüren,
nach der du dich so lange gesehnt hast.

Dolor

Cuando no ocultes tus sombras

Vertrauen ~ Confianza ~ Confidence

Vertrauen

Schon wieder weint sie seine Tränen.
Schon wieder spürt sie seinen Schmerz.
Seinen grenzenlosen Schmerz.
Doch diesmal ist es anders.
Es hat auch mit ihr zu tun.

Es geht um Vertrauen.
Sein Vertrauen,
das schon so oft verletzt und missbraucht wurde.
Und sie spürt diese Verletzungen.
Ganz tief in ihrem Herzen, spürt sie sie.

„Du kannst mir vertrauen“,
sagt sie sanft aber bestimmt.

„Du kannst mir vertrauen.
Ich habe noch nie das Vertrauen eines anderen missbraucht.
Und ich werde es auch in Zukunft nicht tun.
Und weißt du warum?“

Sie schaut ihm tief in die Augen.

„Weil mir das Vertrauen eines anderen absolut heilig ist.
Genauso wie die Liebe.
Genauso wie du...“

Confianza

De nuevo ella está llorando sus lágrimas.
De nuevo ella está sintiendo su dolor.
Su infinito dolor.

Confidence

Er streckt ihr die Hand entgegen
zieht sie sanft an sich heran
und beginnt mit ihr langsam zu tanzen
zu einer Melodie die nur sie beide hören

So tanzen sie ihren Tanz
In ihrer ganz eigenen Welt
EINS und doch jeder EINZIGARTIG...

Spiritualität

Spiritualität hört bei mir nicht an der Schwelle der Haustür auf.
Nicht wenn ich in der Küche bin, im Bett oder auf der Toilette.

Nein, ich lebe Spiritualität dort wo ich bin!

Ich brauche keinen Heiligen Ort, kein besonderes Ritual oder sonst was.
Mein heiliger Ort ist überall.
Und mein Ritual bin ich selber.
Ich, die alles ehrt was sie wahrnimmt und fühlt.
Die voller Dankbarkeit und Hingabe ist in jedem Moment.

Spiritualität beginnt nicht im Kopf.
Und sie ist auch nichts heiliges.
Nicht heiliger als du selbst.

Spiritualität ist dein Atem.
Sie ist in jeder Pore von dir.

Spiritualität will gelebt werden.
Genauso wie DU.

Espiritualidad

Para mi la espiritualidad no se detiene en el umbral de la puerta delantera.
Ni cuando estoy en la cocina, en la cama o en el wáter.

¡No, yo vivo la espiritualidad en todos los sitios!

No necesito un lugar sagrado, ningún ritual especial o lo que sea.
Mi lugar sagrado está en todas partes.
Y mi ritual soy yo mismo.
Yo, quien honora todo lo que percibe y siente.
Quien está llena de gratitud y devoción en cada momento.

La espiritualidad no comienza en la cabeza.
Y no es nada sagrada.
No es más sagrada que tú mismo.

La espiritualidad es tu respiración.
Está en todos los poros de ti.

Espiritualidad quiere ser vivido.
Del mismo modo que TU.

For me, spirituality does not end at the threshold of the front door.
Not when I'm in the kitchen, in bed or on the toilet.

Me, who honours all what she perceives and feels.
Who is full of gratitude and devotion in every moment.

Spirituality does not begin in the head.

Spirituality is your breath.

Spirituality would like to be lived.
