Erdung
Komm, zieh deine Schuhe aus und lauf mit mir barfuß über die Erde bis zu diesem wunderschönen alten Johannisbrotbaum...
Er zieht seine Schuhe aus und zusammen laufen sie zum Baum.
Mal ganz langsam und bewusst, mal schnell und tanzend.
Sie nimmt sanft seine linke Hand und legt sie auf sein Herz.
Dann nimmt sie seine rechte Hand und legt sie an den Baumstamm.
Er schließt langsam die Augen.
Er atmet mehrmals tief ein und aus und entspannt sich.
Dann, irgendwann beginnt er zu lächeln.
Plötzlich spürt er diese warme und weiche Energie des Baumes.
Diese tiefe Liebe von Mutter Erde.
Und er lässt sie in sich eindringen.
Langsam, ganz langsam.
Nach einiger Zeit öffnet er zaghaft die Augen.
Und jetzt kann sie es wieder sehen.
Das Leuchten in seinen Augen.
Sie kann sie wieder sehen.
Die Liebe, die Klarheit und die Freude in ihm.
Und sie verneigt sich vor ihm und vor dem Baum.
Danke, sagt sie leise.

Conexión a tierra
Vamos, quítate los zapatos y corre conmigo descalzo sobre la tierra hasta este hermoso viejo árbol de algarrobo...
El se quita sus zapatos y juntos corren hacia el árbol.
A veces muy lentos y conscientes, a veces rápidos y bailando.
Ella coge suave su mano izquierda y la puse sobre su corazón.
Después coge su mano derecha y la puse en el tronco del árbol.
Él cierra los ojos lentamente.
El espira varias veces muy profundo dentro y fuera y se relaja.
Entonces, en algún momento comienza a sonreírse.
De repente puede sentir esa energía cálida y suave del árbol.
Ese amor profundo de la Madre Tierra.
Y él deja penetrarlo en sí mismo.
Lentamente, muy lentamente.
Después de un tiempo el abre sus ojos titubeante.
Y ahora ella puede verla de nuevo.
La luz de sus ojos.
Lo puede ver de nuevo.
El amor, la claridad y la alegría en él.
Y ella se inclina ante de él y antes del árbol.
Gracias, dice suavemente.

Earthing
Come on, take off your shoes and run barefoot with me above the earth to this beautiful old carob tree...
He takes off his shoes and they run together to the tree.
Sometimes very slowly and aware, sometimes fast and dancing.
She takes gently his left hand and put it on his heart.
Then she takes his right hand and put it at the tree trunk.
He slowly close his eyes.
He breathe several times deeply in and out and relax.
Then, at some time he begins to smile.
Suddenly he can feel this warm and soft energy of the tree.
This deep love of Mother Earth.
And he let it penetrate into himself.
Slowly, very slowly.
After some time he cautiously open his eyes.
And now she can see it again.
The light in his eyes.
She can see it again.
The love, the clarity and the joy within him.
She bows to him and to the tree.
Thanks, she says softly.
