Fülle misst sich nicht an der Höhe deines Kontostandes
Und auch nicht an den Dingen die du besitzt

Fülle ist die Freiheit den Tag so zu leben wie du magst
Das zu tun wonach dir gerade ist
Authentisch und mit Leichtigkeit

Fülle ist Menschen um dich zu haben die so erfüllt sind von Liebe
dass sie keine Erwartungen an dich haben
Und für die Geben eine Freude ist

Fülle ist wenn du aus dem Haus gehst und mittendrin bist in der Natur
Wenn du von jedem Baum, jeder Blume, jedem noch so kleinen Tierchen liebevoll begrüßt wirst
Und wenn Freude jede Pore von dir füllt

Fülle ist das Glück in dir
Fülle ist die Leichtigkeit zu SEIN
Fülle ist Liebe

Y también para los que es un placer dar

Abundancia es cuando sales de la casa y te encuentras en el medio se la naturaleza
Cuando te saluda cariñosamente cada árbol, cada flor, cada pequeño animal
Y cuando la alegría llena todos los poros de ti

Abundancia es la felicidad en ti
Abundancia es la facilidad para SER
Abundancia es amor

Bist du auf der Suche?
Auf der Suche nach der Wahrheit?
Auf der Suche nach dem Glück?
Auf der Suche nach dem Sinn des Lebens?

Suche nicht
Und schon gar nicht im Außen
SEI einfach nur

Es gibt viele Wahrheiten
Du musst sie nicht alle wissen
Nur deine eigene Wahrheit ist wichtig

Und das Glück
Das findest du nicht im Außen
Glück bist du selber
Glück ist in dir

Und der Sinn des Lebens
Warum willst du das wissen?
Lebe doch einfach
Und verpasse das Leben nicht weil du auf der Suche bist

Lebe aus deinem Herzen heraus
Lebe das was du wirklich fühlst und leben willst
Lebe das wonach deine Seele schreit

Dann brauchst du nicht mehr zu suchen
Nach der Wahrheit
Nach dem Glück
Nach dem Sinn des Lebens

Wenn du aus deinem Herzen heraus lebst
Wirst du deine Wahrheit erkennen
Wirst du reines Glück empfinden
Wirst du den Sinn des Lebens LEBEN

Seeleneins

Vor einiger Zeit erkannte sie den Schamanen in ihm
Den Kern seiner Seele
Die Essenz seines SEINS
Und ihr wurde plötzlich bewusst
dass es eben diese Essenz ist
die sie magisch anzieht

Jetzt weiss sie
es ist die gleiche Essenz
die auch sie in sich trägt

Sie sind beide ein und dieselbe Seele
Individuell und vollkommen in sich
Aber dennoch EINS

Un alma

Hace algún tiempo ella reconoció el chamán en él
El núcleo de su alma
La esencia de su SER

que ella también lleva en sí mismo

Individual y completa en sí misma

Auf dem Weg des sich vergeben
entdeckte sie einen sanften Frieden in sich
Ein liebevolles Nachhausekommen
Aber gleichzeitig auch
ein Meer aus tiefer Traurigkeit

Jetzt
ist sie ganz still
und weint heilsame Tränen

Perdón

En el camino de perdonarse a si mismo
ella descubrió una paz suave dentro
Un amoroso regreso al hogar
Pero al mismo tiempo
También un mar de tristeza

Ahora
ella es muy tranquila
y llora lágrimas curativas

Forgiveness

On the way of forgiving itself
she found a gentle peace within herself
A loving returning home
But at the same time
also a sea of deep sadness

Stille...

Die Olivenblätter rascheln
Ein Bienchen summt herum
Die Vögelchen zwitschern fröhlich
Der Wind saust durch die Bäume
Eine Grille zirpt
Weiter hinten Hundegebell

Ein Grashüpfer schaut mich mit grossen Augen an
Wildblumen wiegen sich im Wind
Sie flüstern mir zu

Stille...

Stille hat viele Geräusche
Und doch ist sie ganz still

Still und voller kleiner zauberhafter Wunder

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

Silencio...

Las hojas de olivo crujen
Una abeja zumba por aquí
Los pajareritos cantan alegres
El viento corre por los árboles
Un grillo chirría
Lejos ladridos de perros
Un saltamontes me mira con ojos grandes
Flores silvestres se mecen en el viento
Me susurran algo

Silencio...

El silencio tiene muchos ruidos
Y sin embargo es completamente silencioso

Silencioso y llena de pequeños mágicos milagros

Stillness...

The olive leaves are rustling
A bee is buzzing around
The birds are singing joyful
The wind is whistling through the trees
A cricket is chirping
Far away dogs are barking

A grasshopper looks at me with wide eyes
Wild flowers are weighing in the wind
They whisper to me

Stillness...

Stillness has many noises
And yet it is completely silent

Silent and full of little magic miracles
