Minimalismus im Badezimmer - einfache Körperpflege

Aloha, ihr Lieben da draußen 🌺☀

Heute mal ein Video zum Thema Minimalismus. Und zwar Minimalismus im Badezimmer.
Ich möchte euch einfach gerne erzählen wie wenig "Zeugs" man braucht für die Körperreinigung und Körperpflege und auch für die Gesundheit. Man kann sich mit ganz einfachen und wenigen Mitteln pflegen.

Ich erzähle euch ein bisschen davon was ich benutze und wie einfach das geht. Man braucht nur Kokosöl, Natron, ätherische Öle, Apfelessig und wer mag eine Aloe Vera Pflanze (das hatte ich vergessen zu erwähnen). Und einen Kamm/Bürste, eine Zahnbürste und eine Naturseife (kann man sich auch selber machen). Das war es.

Natron ist ein super Pflege und Gesundheitsmittel. Da es basisch ist, entgiftet es und neutralisiert die Region wo es angewendet wird bzw. den ganzen Körper. Natron eignet auch wunderbar für Fußbäder zur Entgiftung.

Kokosöl ist antiseptisch, antibakteriell, antiviral und fungizid und somit ebenfalls ein tolles Mittel für die Pflege und Gesundheit.

Hier eine kleine Auswahl von den individuellen Seelen-Traumfängern, die ich kreiert habe. Sie werden energetisch auf die Person abgestimmt, die den Traumfänger erhalten darf. Os presento una pequeña selección de individuales atrapasueños de alma que he creado. Cada cazador de sueños está enérgicamente ajustado a la persona para cual fue creído. Utilizo solo materiales naturales y/o reciclados que encuentro. Y generalmente ramas del olivo od del algarrobo.
